My Goals
My goal is to enter into the financial industry as an analyst or financial modeler. I would like to obtain relative experience as quick as possible with the future goal of perhaps acquiring a business or becoming a business broker.
My experience
In July, I completed a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst Certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. Recognizing that I am entry level, I also created a dynamic real-estate based excel model to showcase some of my acquired skills. This model helps analyze land, rental costs & profits, development & building costs, and finance related fees. This model is available through the link below or the "Financial Modeling" page.
